Sports Injury Chiropractic in DFW
Get back to training with a plan — not a guess.
Overuse and acute injuries we treat
Sprains, strains, neck and back pain after contact, runner and lifter overuse, and the “I played through it and now I cannot” visit. We are not an ER. Fractures, dislocations, and head injuries need the appropriate medical setting first.
Exam, movement testing, and plan
What you do in training matters. We test the region and the way you move, then write a plan that includes what to pause and what you can still do.
Massage, adjustment, and rehab
Hands-on care plus simple rehab. If you need a specialist or imaging beyond our scope, we say so.
Massage therapy is offered at Fort Worth, Saginaw, and Granbury, not at Arlington.
Weekend athletes and school sports
Adults training after work and teens in school sports are both common here. Parents stay in the room for minors.
Pediatric chiropractic is offered at Fort Worth, Saginaw, and Granbury, not at Arlington.

Sports-injury FAQ
Can I still train?
Often with limits. Complete rest is not always the answer, and “play through it” is not either.
