Headache, Migraine, and TMJ Chiropractic Care
When the neck or jaw is part of the headache — we check that first.
Neck-related headaches vs. other headache types
Some headaches start in the neck and refer forward. Some are migraine. Some are mixed. We do not claim every headache is a chiropractic problem. We examine the neck, upper back, and jaw and tell you what we found.
Jaw tension, clicking, and TMJ
Clenching, clicking, limited opening, and temple pain often travel with neck tightness. We assess both. Dental problems still belong with a dentist.
What we check
Neck motion, jaw motion, muscle guarding, posture, and headache pattern (time of day, triggers, after a crash or after desk work).
What improvement can look like
Fewer tension days, easier turning, less jaw fatigue. Migraine care is supportive, not a cure-all. We refer out for sudden “worst headache of my life,” neurological changes, or headaches after significant trauma that have not been medically cleared.
Headaches or jaw pain after a car accident
- Headaches — Frequently delayed a day or more after impact. Often caused by strain of the neck muscles and concussions.
- Jaw or TMJ discomfort in higher-impact collisions.
