Do you bill auto insurance (PIP/Med Pay)?

Yes. We handle PIP, Med Pay, and auto liability billing directly. No balance billing to your client.

How do you communicate progress back to the referring provider?

SOAP-style progress notes to your office within 5 business days of each visit. Bi-weekly status updates for active cases. Secure fax or email.

Do you screen for cervical manipulation risk before adjusting?

Always. Imaging-first protocols, contraindication screening, and informed consent before any cervical adjustment. Low-force alternatives are always available.
